PERSONAL TRAINING

Get results and see change with personalized private training at FIT Studio.  Book a one-on-one or semi-private sessions for 2-4 people.  Set up ongoing, recurring sessions with us for long-term results. 

 

You’ll receive guidance on how to train most effectively for YOUR results.  Every person is unique, and your trainer’s job is to customize your training around your unique needs.  Set goals that are realistic and achievable, and then allow your coach to help you push to reach them.  FIT trainers will help you work efficiently with your goals at the forefront of every session.

Challenge all your major muscle groups by using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, giving you a total-body workout. Burn up to 590 calories by using the best barbell exercises, including squats, presses, lifts, and curls.

A powerful combination class that will leave you feeling breathy, balanced and stretched.  We start with cardio intervals for 20 minutes.  We work the core for 20 minutes (no equipment needed!).  We cap off the hour with 20 minutes of flexibility and release work.

SPIN

 

This high-energy stationary bike workout brings the outdoor ride experience indoors. Enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength by riding flat roads, climbing hills, sprinting and racing. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position, cadence, and bike tension. Our team offers a variety of class formats including combo classes.

CORE BASICS

 

Hone your middle and build your core from the inside out in this one-hour energizing but moderately-paced class.  We combine core-focused Pilates, yoga, and traditional exercises to help you gain strength and power through your entire midsection.  Using body weight, resistance tubing and lite hand weights, you will strengthen and sculpt your abdominals, back, chest, shoulders, hips and glutes. Plenty of modifications and regressions/progressions for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Leave feeling stronger, balanced, and centered.

FLOW YOGA

 

A blend of slow Vinyasa flow that allows you to explore postures and basic principals of yoga.  Set to music, this class will work every muscle connecting breath and movement at a moderate pace.  You will strengthen and lengthen your body while focusing and calming your mind.  Class closes with relaxation to leave you feeling strong and centered.

TANK TOP ABS, ARMS AND GLUTES

 

Tone and strengthen your arms, abdominals, hips and glutes in this hour-long class set to music.  All you need is your own body weight and a few hand weights, and you’ll using body weight, hand weights, and small apparatus.  Get summer-ready for sleeveless tops and bathing suit season!

SMALL GROUPS

TRX

 

TRX FIT improves cardio, builds muscular endurance, and promotes weight loss. You’ll experience several time-based endurance rounds, each one followed by a “heart-thumping” cardio challenge! This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight to lead you to your best all-around fitness.

BOOTCAMP

 

Work at your own level as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning.  Increase your stamina and burn calories during these intense, but fun workouts with exercises that can be both high impact and lower impact depending on your level. These boot camp sessions will leave you feeling strong, powerful and accomplished!
