I started personal training with Kerri at Fit Studio with the specific goal of complementing my daily aerobic activities of running and biking with exercises directed at improving strength, balance and flexibility. I completed six months of training without injuries and I was able to hike 100 miles with elevation changes of about 30,000 feet in 10 days without any problems.
