CLASS FORMAT: Hard Core Cardio, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Cycle, TRX Suspension Training
Bio: Eve has a passion for creating challenging, innovative, and energizing workouts appropriate for people at all fitness levels. Eve’s classes feature great music, opportunities to progress to different levels, and a total body workout from warm-up to cool down. She specializes in cardio/strength formats and loves to include Yoga strength poses in her classes. Eve is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through ACE (American Council on Exercise), a Schwinn-Certified Cycling Instructor, and a qualified TRX Instructor.
After turning the big 40, Eve decided she wanted to feel “Forty & Fabulous” rather than “Forty & Frumpy” and made the choice to make exercise a regular and important part of her life. She enjoys cross-training, including yoga, hiking, spin, weights, cardio, and running. Eve completed her first half marathon in April 2016. When Eve is not teaching, she is mom to 2 boys and runs her own professional organizing business.
