Personal Training with Kerri.

I started personal training with Kerri at Fit Studio with the specific goal of complementing my daily aerobic activities of running and biking with exercises directed at improving strength, balance and flexibility. When I decided to participate in a trek in the eastern Himalayas in Bhutan, I added long hikes to my routine and a second weekly session with Kerri focused on interval training aimed at improving both aerobic and anaerobic endurance. I completed six months of training in very good shape and without injuries and I was able to hike 100 miles with elevation changes of about 30,000 feet in 10 days without any problems (it was nevertheless quite a challenge). The most remarkable part was Kerri’s ability to keep me motivated by monitoring my efforts closely and constantly varying our routines, thank you for a great job! – Dino D, March 2016
