Personal Training with Kerri.
In late September 2015, I began training with Kerri Dorn to fulfill my goal of summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, “The Roof of Africa,” at 19,341 feet.
Kerri designed a training regime that led to my success. We began meeting twice a week working to improve my aerobic and anaerobic endurance as well as balance and flexibility through interval and strength training. Two months later, we increased my training to 4-5 times per week. I was amazed by the variety of exercises and challenges Keri presented me each time—she kept the training exciting and engaging!
I am incredibly grateful for Kerri. Her efforts were beyond what I ever expected from a trainer. If it were not for her dedication and expertise I would not have attained my goal. – Celine, June 2016
