Personal Training with Kerri.
I have been working with Kerri 1 to 2 times per week for the last 6 or 7 months and have found her to be creative, thoughtful, insightful and thoroughly professional. While overall fitness was my initial goal in going to F.I.T., it soon became obvious that because of my desire to improve my horsemanship with my Quarter Horse Cowboy I needed to focus on some key areas of weakness, notably my hips. Kerri’s creativity really came to the fore at this point. What could have been a rather tedious set of exercises to open up the hips and increase range and ease of movement, she was able to put together a wide variety of exercise sets that not only worked on the cardio-vascular but included upper and lower body strength and flexibility and core work all of which not only improved my ability to ride comfortably but greatly improved my overall equitation improving my horse’s balance and attitude. She is a popular instructor if the attendance at her classes is any measure. She works her students hard and they really seem to enjoy it. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their overall strength, flexibility and general feeling of well-being and have fun doing it. – Al L, January 27, 2013
