HIIT Cycle Strength

HIIT Cycle Strength features 30 minutes of high-intensity interval cycling followed by 25 minutes of full-body strength-training and a short cool down. Cycle through bursts of high exertion followed by active recoveries, all set to fantastic music! After 30 minutes of energetic cycling, we focus the second half of class on full-body strength training, using a variety of different equipment each week. HIIT Cycle Strength offers you high-intensity results with low-impact on your joints – a win-win combo. Enjoy the changes you’ll notice from reduced body fat and blood pressure to increased muscle strength and endurance. Appropriate for spin addicts and new riders! Leave feeling sweaty, happy, and strong!
