BEAST MODE CHALLENGE

Beast Mode Challenge is the no-frills workout that combines HEAVY barbell training for strength with high-intensity interval training for cardio. Maximum work = maximum results. You’ll challenge yourself on a whole new level and do things you didn’t think were possible. The best part? You’ll take assessments at the beginning and end of the month, so you can track your progress. You’ll see your weight selections go up and resting heart rate go down, so you’ll know it’s working! Join your expert coaches, Jimmée and Melissa, and find out what you’re capable of. Get ready to impress yourself!

BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW is a mix of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing, stretching, and moving to choreographed music brings  the body into a state of harmony, leaving you feeling centered and calm.

BODYPUMP

Challenge all your major muscle groups by using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, giving you a total-body workout. Burn up to 590 calories by using the best barbell exercises, including squats, presses, lifts, and curls.

BODYSTEP

An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Cardio blocks push fat-burning systems into high gear, followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. Burn up to 620 calories by using simple movements on, over, and around the step.

BOOT CAMP

CARDIO DANCE

Cardio Dance fuses Hip-Hop, Country, Bollywood, Broadway and club dance choreography. The class teaches fun and challenging steps to different themes, while there is plenty of cardio and core to make you sweat!

CXWORX

A 30-minute core-focused workout that helps you run faster, play harder and stand stronger. Use resistance tubes and weight plates as well as body weight exercises such as crunches and hovers to shape and strengthen the abs, hips, glutes and low back.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

In this class you will work hard at your level alternating between intense bursts of activity and less-intense bursts of activity. HipBeats

HipBeats is a high energy, dance-your-heart-out class designed to help you let go — and learn a few moves in the process! Cardio choreography inspired by Latin rhythms, world beats, and dance club favorites.  HipBeats fuses styles and rhythms, so there is something for everyone. Come shake, groove, and party with us!

CORE FOUNDATION

Create length, strength, and improve the holistic function of your body in this low impact class. By focusing on safe biomechanics, you will enhance your posture and stability. An integrative approach to core work – so much more than abs! We will tone, lengthen, and release muscles and fascia. Learn to relieve back pain, and move optimally. Class is offered at the Colony Club.

LITTLE DANCERS and MOMMY & ME

Little Dancers is for pre-school aged children 3 years and up. (Children need to be ready to attend a class without a parent). We will bend, stretch, twist, jump, tiptoe, run, hop, slither, spin, skip, galop and crawl! We will clap and respond to different types of music and rhythms. Most importantly for this age group, we will use our imaginations to explore, mime and create stories with our dancing. This class is for girls and boys who love movement and dance and are ready to explore.

Mommy & Me is a class for children 2-3 years old and their caregiver to participate together. We will follow a similar format to Little Dancers, but this class is for children who will enjoy the experience more with a participating adult. (Mom, Dad, Nanny…it can be anyone familiar to the child)

PILATES MAT

This lower-impact workout improves core strength/stability, flexibility,  balance and stamina while using the deep muscles of the core and  controlled breathing. Pilates helps to improve body alignment and leaves you feeling strong, calm, and centered. Small apparatus is used in class (foam rollers, small fitness balls and stability balls).

SPIN

This high-energy stationary bike workout brings the outdoor ride experience indoors. Enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength by riding flat roads, climbing hills, sprinting and racing. Participants select personal intensity levels during the workout through body position, cadence, and bike tension. Our team offers a variety of class formats including combo classes.

STRENGTH 101

A full body strength interval workout that will keep your heart rate up. Use a variety of equipment to target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning. You will increase lean muscle mass and decrease fat to improve body composition thru simple strength moves targeting all major muscles in the body.

TRX Strength & Cardio

TRX FIT improves cardio, builds muscular endurance, and promotes weight loss. You’ll experience several time-based endurance rounds, each one followed by a “heart-thumping” cardio challenge! This class will push you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight to lead you to your best all-around fitness.

YOGA 101

A great class for those newer to yoga, or for students looking to deepen their knowledge and strengthen the foundation of their practice. This class combines a focus on alignment with breath awareness and flow, teaching you all the basic poses. We relax at the end, leaving you feeling strong, calm, and centered. Class is offered at the Colony Club.

YOGA – GENTLE RESTORATIVE

This class integrates free form yoga asanas that help build flexibility and ease of movement in the body. It includes spine warmers and variations on poses that leave you feeling calm and open. You will focus on breathing, meditation and relaxation in this practice. Class is offered at the Colony Club.

YOGA – WARM YOGA

A blend of slow vinyasa flow that allows you to explore postures and basic principals of yoga. Set to music, this class will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate pace. You will strengthen and lengthen your body while focusing and calming your mind. Class closes with relaxation to leave you feeling strong & centered. Class is offered at the Colony Club.

ZUMBA

What is Zumba?   Zumba classes are dance fitness sessions that are fun, energetic and feature music set to Latin and international beats. This high-energy cardio workout is a calorie-torching dance party!
