What is Zumba? Zumba classes are dance fitness sessions that are fun, energetic and feature music set to high-energy Latin and international beats. When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Zumba Toning. Toning sticks (light weights) are used in some classes to focus on target areas including arms, core and lower body.
Zumba Step. This class combines the toning and strengthening power of step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party atmosphere of Zumba. Benefits include increased cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that sculpt your core and legs.
