YOUNG ATHLETES PROGRAM

Sports Performance Training

Would you like to help your athlete get a little bit faster or stronger so they enjoy their sport even more? Do you have a child who is starting to show interest in sports?

Benefits of training include:

  • Improved strength and power
  • Ability to change direction quicker
  • Better conditioning, stamina, and endurance
  • Becoming more resistant to injury
  • Receiving basic guidance on nutrition

We work with athletes from ages 11 to 18 to help them improve their performance. Our athletes train in small groups. Groups are capped at 10 athletes to ensure that we can give every athlete the attention they need. Groups are divided by age. See details below about your child’s group.

Age Groups

Middle School (11-14)

Our middle school training programs help young athletes and new athletes build a strong foundation in performance fundamentals. They will work on speed, agility, strength, coordination, and balance.

High School (14-18)

As athletes become more serious, they build upon the basics learned in the youth program. Athletes in the high school program refine their speed and body mechanics. We focus on increasing strength and developing resistance, speed, and reaction time.
