Pilates Mat

Small Group Series

Our Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise mat and small apparatus.  It focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The exercises are presented with options to work at a beginning, intermediate, or advanced pace. While engaging the deep muscles of the core you will work on core stability and strengthening, posture alignment, neutral spine, flexibility, controlled breathing and body awareness.

Commit to one month at a time!   

Mondays at 7:00PM – $20 per session, total depends upon the number of Mondays in the month. Appropriate for all levels.

Requires advanced sign ups. With class size limited to 10 people you will received individualized instruction.
