Boot Camp Info
- 5:15am session meets MWF with Margaret. There is a new session every 4 weeks. Two days are held outside & TRX, circuit or Tabata are on Fridays at the Studio
- First day of camp starts with assessments and team building
- You do NOT need to be a runner to reap the benefits of Boot Camp!
- NEW 9:30am MWF with Melissa now forming. Contact us if you are interested.
