2 Boot Camps @ FIT this January
- NEW 9:30am Camp meets MWF (Jan 22nd – Feb 16th) with Melissa. Monday workouts happen at the Studio and the other two days are held outside. Receive a $30 discount when you pair with ReBoot for a 28-day nutrition and exercise boost in January!
- 5:15am Camp meets MWF (Jan 8th – Feb 2nd) with Margaret. Two days are held outside & TRX, circuit or Tabata are on Fridays at the Studio!
- First day of camp starts with assessments and team building
- You do NOT need to be a runner to reap the benefits of Boot Camp!
