BODYSTEP and BODYSTEP ATHLETIC

BODYSTEP uses a height-adjustable step and simple movements to really tone your legs, butt, and core and super-charge your cardio fitness — all while moving to fantastic music.  This class is for anyone looking to up their fitness level or lose weight because it features both cardio AND strength work (think burpees, push-ups, and weight training). There are options for all levels so it’s perfect for beginners, fitness fanatics, and everyone in-between.

BODYSTEP Athletic includes the full-body cardio and muscle conditioning of BODYSTEP but adds a 7-minute high intensity push at the end.  Love this class for getting it all done in one short, fun hour.
